The WK-206 (or CT-206) is a heavy-duty, large capacity quick tube cutter to cleanly slice through copper, aluminium, brass and thing wall steel tubing and pvc pipe. It is an essential tool commonly used in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing installations.Â

How to Use the WK-206
- Positioning: Open the cutter and place the tubing into the grooved rollers. The flare cut-off groove should align with the end of the flare if you are trimming near a connection.
- Adjusting: Tighten the knob/ratchet handle until the cutting wheel lightly bites into the tube.Â
- Cutting: Rotate the cutter around the tube. After every full rotation, turn the handle slightly to increase the pressure. Repeat this process until the tube is severed. Do not overtighten on the first pass, as this can crush the tube or dull the blade
