A Danfoss Dual Pressure Control Auto/Man. Is a single device that monitors both high and low pressures in a refrigeration or air conditioning system. With an “Auto/Man” model allowing for one side to be automatically reset and the other to require a manual reset. This dual function provides safety and protection for the system. The automatic side typically handles normal operation, while the manual side is used for critical high-pressure safety cut-outs.

Dual control.It combines two separate pressure controls (one for low pressure and one for high pressure) into a single unit.

Auto/Man function. The “Auto/Man” designation indicates that one side of the switch is designed for automatic reset. While the other is for manual reset.

Purpose: The low-pressure side can automatically cycle the system. While the high-pressure side can be set to manual to require a physical reset in case of a dangerous overpressure situation. Which prevents damage to the equipment.
