DEFY Oven Bake Element 2000w
A 2000W DEFY oven bake element is a bottom heating unit installed at the base of your oven. It is responsible for primary baking, roasting and achieving a crispy bottom crust on pastries . It provides the upward-radiating heat needed to cook your food evenly from the bottom up.
Key Functions:
- Baking & Roasting: Radiates heat directly to the bottom of baking trays and roasting pans.
- Browning: Ensures the bottoms of your bread, pizzas, and pies get a golden, crispy finish.
- Preheating: Works alongside other heating elements to bring the oven to your desired temperature quickly.
If your oven isn’t heating at the bottom or taking an unusually long time to preheat, this element may have burnt out and require a replacement
