Aircon Pipe sensor
Temperature control, indication, and recording of the process fluid in a pipe, tank, or heat exchanger.
Defrost Control: In heating mode, it detects when the outdoor coil gets too cold (freezing), signaling the system to enter a defrost cycle to melt ice.
Compressor Protection: Monitors the exhaust pipe temperature to prevent overheating, which can happen with low refrigerant or poor heat dissipation, and adjusts compressor activity.
Refrigerant Flow: Helps control the electronic expansion valve to manage how much refrigerant flows, optimizing cooling/heating.
System Efficiency: Provides crucial data to the control board, allowing the aircon to operate at optimal performance, whether cooling or heating.
