DEFY Oven Door Handle
To replace a Defy door handle, remove the inner door glass, unscrew the old handle from the inside, and secure the new one.
Replacement Steps
- Open the oven door fully and secure it.
- Pull out or un-clip the inner door glass panel to access the screw fasteners.
- Locate the inner screws or retaining nuts holding the handle in place.
- Unscrew the old handle using a standard screwdriver.
- Align the new Defy handle with the existing mounting holes.
- Tighten the screws firmly, but do not over tighten if threading into plastic or glass brackets.
- Slide or snap the inner glass back into position
