The difference between a commercial compressor and a domestic compressor is the pressure . A commercial compressor can start up at a high pressure. A domestic compressor must first drop pressure. Then it can start up. So that is why a commercial compressor is used in commercial use. When a fridge door is open and closed a lot. The Temp start to increase then the compressor must be able to start. That is when a commercial compressor can start easy and the domestic can not.
